Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday are typically processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed within the next 24–48 business hours.

Please note that during peak seasons, sale events, or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer due to high volumes. Customers will be notified of any delays through email or SMS.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 4 to 7 business days for most metro cities and major towns across India.

  • Express Delivery: Available in select pin codes. Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Additional shipping charges may apply for this service.

  • Remote or Outlying Areas: Deliveries may require an additional 2 to 3 business days depending on the accessibility of the location and courier availability.

We collaborate with reputable courier partners to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and safely as possible. However, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and AWB (Air Waybill) number via email and SMS. You can track the live status of your shipment using the logistics provider’s tracking page or through the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Order Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order without any charges before it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may still proceed with a return request after receiving the order, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

Be sure to include your Order ID and a reason for the cancellation to ensure faster processing.

Important Notes

  • Cancellations after dispatch are not permitted.

  • No cancellation fees will be charged if requested within the valid window.

Repeated order cancellations without valid reasons may lead to restrictions on your account.
