At Da’Elora, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received a defective product, you may be eligible for a return and refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Standard Return Eligibility (7 Days) Standard returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The delivery date exceeded 14 business days from the dispatch date (for standard shipping).

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products are not eligible for a standard 7-day return unless proven defective or successfully claimed under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (For Product Efficacy) We stand behind the quality of our products. If you consistently use a Daelora skincare regimen and feel it is not effective for your skin, you can apply for a refund under this special guarantee, subject to strict verification.

Qualifying Regimens: To ensure you are exclusively using our products for maximum efficacy, this guarantee is only applicable if you purchase and use one of the following complete regimens:

  • Option A: Cleanser + Sunscreen + Night Cream

  • Option B: purete Cleanser + suneshield Sunscreen + Relift Ultra-Lifting Cream

Mandatory Documentation: You must document your skincare journey by taking clear, date-stamped photographs of your face every single day, from Day 1 of usage until Day 30.

Usage Limit: You must apply for the refund within 30 days of delivery, and the products must not be more than 30% used.

Refund Calculation on Discounted Items: This guarantee is applicable on items purchased during our standard promotional discounts (e.g., 30% Off). However, the final refund will be calculated strictly on the actual discounted price paid by you, not the MRP.

Deductions: For approved efficacy returns, the final refund amount will be calculated after deducting:

  • The forward delivery charge.

  • The return pickup charge.

  • 30% of the actual paid product value (to account for the consumed portion).

Note: This 30-Day Guarantee does not apply to extreme clearance sales, bundled freebies, or 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' offers.

Medical & Acne Exemption: Please note that Daelora products are formulated for cosmetic skincare benefits (such as hydration, brightening, and anti-aging) and are not medical treatments. Therefore, this 30-Day Guarantee does not apply to claims regarding the lack of acne reduction, active pimple clearance, or other medical skin conditions.

 


3. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order ID.

  • Reason for return (Please specify if it's a standard return or a 30-Day Guarantee claim).

  • For Standard Returns: Photographs of the product and packaging (mandatory for damaged/defective items).

  • For 30-Day Guarantee Claims: You must submit the 30 consecutive, date-stamped daily photographs of your skin, along with photos of the products showing the remaining quantity (must be at least 70% full). Claims submitted without the complete 30-day photographic proof will not be approved.

Upon verification, our team will coordinate a reverse pickup through our logistics partner. Pickup times vary by location but typically take 2 to 5 business days.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping will be provided if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer in cases of personal dissatisfaction, change of mind (for unopened items), or under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

5. Refund Timelines and Process

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, a refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment (for online payments).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer upon submission of valid account details.

6. Important Conditions and Exclusions No standard returns or refunds will be accepted for items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” during sale or promotional campaigns. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products (Unless successfully verified under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee).

  • Items returned without original packaging and invoice.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling.

All returns are subject to a quality inspection. Approval or rejection of a refund request will be communicated via email.
